Overview-

The Federal Bank FASTag is an ideal solution for a stress-free trip on national highways. Federal Bank FASTag is a device that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to make toll payments directly from the linked prepaid or savings account. FASTag is currently in use at 498 toll plazas along national and state highways. More toll plazas will be added to the FASTag programme in the near future. Federal Bank's FASTag programme is part of the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) initiative launched by NPCI under the auspices of NHAI and IHMCL.

FASTag is a device that uses RFID technology to make toll payments directly from the prepaid account to which it is linked. It is attached to your vehicle's windscreen and allows you to drive through toll booths. FASTag has a 5-year validity period, and after purchasing it, you only need to recharge/top up the FASTag as needed. It provides continuous vehicle movement on toll plazas as well as simple cashless toll payment via nation-wide interoperable Electronic Toll Collection Services.
