Overview
FASTag is a device that uses RFID technology to make toll payments directly from the linked prepaid account. It is attached to the windscreen of your vehicle and allows you to drive through toll booths. FASTag enables non-stop vehicle movement on toll plazas as well as simple cashless toll payment via nation-wide interoperable Electronic Toll Collection Services.
How does CBI NETC FASTag function?
As a bank customer, you purchase the FASTag through the Osta application, with which the bank has partnered. Please go to www.ostaapp.com and complete the Ostaapp and FASTag registrations. You will receive the FASTag once the Bank has approved your registration. Alternatively, the bank shall provide the option to access the FASTag application via the bank's mobile banking app and Internet Banking site. You can also visit a branch to obtain a FASTag.
Customers must submit a copy of the following documents with their FASTag application for registration:
- Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle
- KYC document based on the vehicle owner's category

What documents are required for Central Bank of India's Fastag?
- Along with the FASTag application, you must submit a copy of the following documents.
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC).
- KYC documents based on the vehicle owner's category (individual / commercial):
- A valid driver's licence would suffice as proof of address and identification.
