Grievances Redressal Process

The applicant has the facility to file a complaint through online method. He/she can get the Aadhaar related complaints addressed through online grievances redressal process. The applicant has to fill in the necessary details like Enrollment ID, personal details, location and complaint details and then submit the form.

The complaints can be filled through the online grievance redressal form provided by UIDAI official website. The complaints such as non generation of Aadhaar card or operator and enrollment agencies problems can be filled by the Aadhaar applicant.

After filling the complaints people can check the status of the Aadhaar through the resident portal.

Aadhaar Grievance Redressal Procedure

Post submitting your grievance, the following is the process followed to resolve your issue

The existing problem is first examined and passed on the respective Regional Office or Concerned Section at the headquarters upon seeking approval from the ‘Deputy Director’.
The respective Regional Office or Concerned Section will respond to the said grievance through online.
In case of interim replies has to be given to the complainant, then the same will be given by the Regional Officer or Concerned Section will do it online.
