Twilight Litaka Pharma Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a Private Company on 18th January 1974 in Maharashtra.

The main object of the Company is to manufacture sell & Export drugs & Pharmaceuticals of all kinds. Manufacturing is presently carried out at its' Existing factory premises at Pune.

Present management, headed by Mr A R Bora took over the Company in 1981. The Bora Group has an Excellent track record in Selling & Marketing of variety of Pharmaceutical products.

The LITAKA GROUP OF COMPANIES, besides the company, includes Li Taka Laboratories Pvt Ltd., Li Taka Chemicals Private Ltd., Li Taka health product, Li Taka Leasing & Investment Private Limited.

Total commitment of the companies management to rigid quality control is amply borne out by Quality Excellence Certificate awarded to the company in 1984 by Indian Drug Manufacturers
Association.

2006
-Company has changed its name from Litaka Pharmaceutical Ltd. to Twilight Litaka Pharma Ltd.

2007
- Twilight Litaka acquires Brands from Sami Labs.

2012
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 16-A, Himalaya Estate, Shivajinagar, Pune - 411 005, Maharashtra, India to B-22,'H' Block, M.I.D.C Pimpri, Pune - 411 018 Maharashtra
