TheÂ Company originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of ÂWest Leisure Resorts Private LimitedÂ on 18th January 2008.Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company with effect from 23rd July, 2013 pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon?ble Bombay High Court under Sections 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 08th August, 2013 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the name of the Company was changed to ÂWest Leisure Resorts Limited.Â

-West Leisure Resorts Ltd has informed that Link Intime India Private Limited has been appointed as the Company's new RTA in place of Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited.
