Vanasthali Textile Industries Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 4th March, 1991 and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 1st May 1991 from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi.

The immediate object of the company is to set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit to manufacture 720 Metric Tonnes per annum of terry towels at Shahjahanpur Industrial Area, District Alwar in the state of Rajasthan.

The company has been promoted by Shri Rajesh Modi and Shri G L Khemani.

2003

- The Company Law Board (CLB) passed an interim order directing to pay GL Khemani, the second largest shareholder in the company, his due remuneration and perquisites.

2004

- Vanasthali Textile Industries Ltd delists shares of the Company from Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) w. e. f. August 18, 2004
