Star Delta Transformers Limited was originally incorporated on February 17, 1977 under the companies act,1956 in the State of Madhya Pradesh as Star Delta Transformers(M.P) Private Limited. The name of the company was thereafter changed to Star Delta Transformers Private Limited on April 10,1995. The status of the company was changed to public limited company and the name was thereafter changed to its present name Star Delta Transformers Limited on July 12,1995.

2012

- The Company successfully commissioned its Phase 1(0.5 MWp) Grid-connected Solar Power Generation Plant at Rajgarh, MP. The 0.5 MWp Solar Power Plant is capable of generating 8 Lakh units of electricity each year alongwith 800 REC which are tradable in Electricity Exchanges like lEX, PXIL, etc.Â

2013

-Star Delta Transformers Ltd has recommended a divided of Rs. 0.50 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10.00 each.Â

2015

-Star Delta Transformers its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange .
