-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Plot No. 15 & 16, Navali Village, Palghar - 401404 Maharashtra To Plot # 13-16, Dewan Industrial estate, Village Navali, District - Thane Palghar (West) - 401404.Maharashtra.

2011
-Company has installed 20 machines. Due to installation of the additional machines the installed capacity stands increased from 67,70,000 pairs to 81,24,000 pairs.

2013
-Spenta International appointed Mr. Hemant Shah as Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.

2014
-Spenta International appointed Ms. Sunita Misri as an Additional Independent Non-executive Director of the Company.
