The Company was incorporated on the 16th February, 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 as Crystal Furnishings Pvt. Ltd. on 29th July, 1993. The Company was converted into a public limited Company on 20th December, 1993. The company has been promoted by Shri Nanak Singh, Shri Inderjeet Singh Wadhwa, Shri Mandeep Singh Wadhwa and Seasons Textiles Limited. The name of the Company was changed from Crystal Furnishings Pvt. Ltd. furnishing fabrics of Seasons Textiles Ltd. to Seasons Furnishings Limited. However from 1.4.93 the Company is engaged in the trading of furnishing fabrics procured from STL as well as furnishing fabrics made to order by other powerloom/handloom weavers.

-Registered Address of the Company has been changed to "D -29, Defence Colony, (Ground Floor) New Delhi".

Seasons Furnishings Ltd has appointed Mr. Kamal Kumar Gupta as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
