-Sambhaav Media has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) for implementation of Public Entertainment System on Build, Own and Operate (BOO) basis in 2000 Buses and 50 Bus Stands.

-Sambhaav Media has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary - "Sambhaav Infosolutions Private Limited" to forey into IT and IT enabled services business.
