The Company commenced operations in India in July 1984 and was earlier into the development of information technology business with the name of Intra Infotech Limited and then it changed its name and main object to infrastructure business, seeing the immense growth in the sector and therefore is now into real estate development with a pan-India presence and operations spanning all key segments of the Indian real estate industry, namely the residential, commercial, and retail sectors. The Company's operations encompass various aspects of real estate development, such as land identification and acquisition, project planning, designing, marketing and execution.

2005

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

2007

-Intra Infotech Ltd delists equity shares on The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Ltd (HSE) & Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd (JSE) with effect from March 09, 2007 & March 21, 2007 respectively.

2009

-The Company have considered and approved the issue of Bonus Shares to the Shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 2:1.

2010

-The Company have allotted Bonus Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 2:1.

-The Company "Intra Infotech Ltd." has been changed to "Newtime Infrastructure Ltd"

-Newtime Infrastructure has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 2:1

2011

-Ms. Bindiya Jassal has joined the Company as Company Secretary and will act as compliance officer of the Company.

2013

-Mr. Kamal Kishor Paul has joined the Company as Company Secretary as well as compliance officer of the Company.

2024
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
