Mindvision Capital Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 16th October, 1981 in the state ot Gujarat as Kailash Pulse Mills Pvt. Ltd. and converted into public limited company and get the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name of the company on 25th February 1993 and than changed its name to Kailash Ficom Limited by passing special
resolution in Extra Ordinary Meeting held on 4th January, 1993 and obtained certificate of change of name from Registrar of Companies on 25th February,1993.

The Company was promoted by Shri.Mishrilal Betala and Shri. Sagarmal Betata having experience of 25 years in pulse manufacturing and trading. Presently the main business areas are Rajkot, Dahod, Godhra and Indore.

A brief note on company's present activities is as follows:-

PULSE DIVISION

The Company is having pulse processing unit for Toor, Urad, Val & Urad fada with the installed capacity of 30,000 TPA. This is a seasonal industry which operates 7-8 months in a year when the raw material arrived in the market in large quantity. In the rainy season the plant remains almost non-operative as driage process stops due to the bad
sunlight, required during production of Dal.

2005
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5

2011
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 206, Helix Complex, Opp. Hotel Surya, Sayajigunj, Baroda - 390005 To 206, Shivam Flats, Nr. Ayappa Temple, Gotri Road, Baroda - 390021.

2012

-Company has changed its name from Kailash Ficom Ltd. to Mindvision Capital Ltd.

2013

-Company has Consolidates its Face value of Shares from Rs 5 to Rs 10.
-Mindvision Capital has Consolidates its Face value from Rs 5/- to 10/-
