Madhur Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Madhur Food Products Limited was incorporated on April 3, 1973 under the name and style of Gujarat Spices Industries Pvt. Ltd. at Ahmedabad and subsequently converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed 3.5.93 and certificaste to that effect was obtained from the Registrar of Companies on may 13, 1993.

The company has been promoted by Shri Rameshchandra N Parikh.

The company is engaged in the manufacture of various types of readymade spices, pappads and instant foods to cater to the needs of domestic consumers as well as consumers abroad.

The company proposes to expand the capacity from 1300 MTPA to 4675 MTPA and it is also proposed to diversiufy into Instant Foods with an installed capacity of 600 MTPA.
