Jigyasa Infrastructure Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as ‘Jigyasa Infrastructure Private Limited’ a limited
company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation
dated May 8, 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and
Haryana. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company
and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Jigyasa Infrastructure Limited’
pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 23, 2014 issued
by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana.

developer was founded 5 years back in National Capital Region on 8th May, 2008
under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the
Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana and
since then has been scaling new heights by each passing day. The company has set
new trends of construction finesse in the contemporary global scenario touching
the horizons of excellence. Established under the dynamic leadership the Company
