YEAR EVENTS
1984 - The Company was incorporated on the 19th October. The
certificate of commencement of business was issued on 11th
February, 1985. The Company is mainly engaged in providing
Hire-Purchase and Lease Finance. The Company was promoted by The
Motor and General Finance Limited.

1994 - The Company offered 52,50,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each
of which 25,00,000 shares to the existing shareholders on right
basis in the ratio of 1:2 at a premium of Rs 15 per share,
1,25,000 shares at a premium of Rs 15 per share to those
shareholders who fell short of market lot of 100 shares out of
the above ratio, 5,200 shares at a premium of Rs 20 per share to
employees, 2,62,500 shares to the shareholders of The Motor &
General Finance Ltd and the balance 23,57,300 shares at a premium
of Rs 20 per shares to public. (52,16,500 shares were allotted
under Public-cum-Right Issue).

2011
-Amalgamation of MGF Services Ltd with India Lease Development Ltd.

2012
- Re-appointment of M/s. S.N. Dhawan & Co,,Chartered Accountants.
