The Company was originally incorporated in the name and style as Orcap Securities Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, as a public limited company with Registration No.55-58824 dated 5th May, 1994, issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

The Company thereafter changed its name to Indo Websec Limited vide fresh Certificate of dated 7th May, 2002 issued by the aforesaid ROC.
