The company was incorporated on 5th February 1992 as a Public Limited company and obtained the Certificate of commencement of Business certified on 26th March 1992. The proposed 100% EOU Leather Garment and other Leather Goods manufacturing unit will be situated at 99, G S T Road, Pallavaram, Madras. The company has been promoted by Mr. A.R. Ramanathan.

The company commenced its operation in February 1992 by leasing out the facilities for manufacture from M/s Sournam Enterprises. The company has been catering to small orders from M/s Sova Inc. and M/s Crossroads Accessories Inc. and making sampls for prospective orders. The company has also recruited supervisory personnel to oversee the production and quality control areas.
