Decolight Ceramics Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our company was incorporated under the name of "Decolight Ceramics
Limited" pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation no. 04-37494 of 1999-2000
dated March 7, 2000 having its Registered Office situated Behind Romer
Ceramics, Ghuntu Road, Morbi - 363 642, Gujarat with the main object of
manufacture and sale of ceramic tiles. The main objects clause was
subsequently changed to include the manufacture and sale of vitrified tiles.

We started commercial production in June 2004 with an installed capacity of
3000 sq mtrs per day. In the year 2005, we enhanced our capacity to 6000 sq
mtrs per day under the leadership and guidance of our Chairman and Managing
Director Shri. Girishkumar M. Pethapara. Shri. Girishkumar Pethapara is assited
by Shri. Kantibhai M. Pethapara, Jt. Managing Director and Shri. Jayantilal
M. Pethapara, Whole-time Director who are also the Promoters of our
Company.

2000 Incorporation of our Company
2004 Commencement of commercial production with an installed capacity of
3000 sq. mts. per day Receipt of ISO 9001- 2000 Certification
No. 01602-2005-AQ-BOM-UKAS valid upto June 21, 2007 for our factory
for the manufacture and supply of ceramic tiles issued by Benchmark
Certification, JAS-ANZ.
2005 Enhancement of capacity from 3000 sq. mts. per day to 6000 sq. mts. per day

2007

-The Company has received a bulk order for Vitrified tiles from Turkey's Tanislar Yapi Malz Insaat, Istanbult through Hisar Foils Pvt Ltd.

2008

-The Company started Commercial Production of its Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Unit

2010

-Decolight Ceramics Ltd has bagged order worth Rs. 38 Million in ceramics division.

-Decolight Ceramics Ltd bagged order worth Rs. 172 Lacs in ceramics division.

-The Company Launched DOUBLE CHARGED VITRIFIED TILES in the market.

-The Company bagged order worth Rs. 100 Lacs in Ceramic division.
