HISTORY AND BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

Bharat Textiles and Proofing Industries Ltd, was promoted by Shri. U.C.Bhandari and his associates and was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on December 21, 1990. The Company commenced its operations by buying and selling the products of the group concerns. It now proposes to set up a new unit at Sirupullaipet, Sathyavedu Road, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Madras, Tamilnadu with facilities for manufacture of 26.25 lakh metres of Common Proofed Tarpaulin land 38.6 lakh metres of Chemically Processed Canvas annually.
