The Company was incorporated on 4th January 2010 under the provisions of the
Companies Act, 1956, in the name and style as Zee Learn Limited and registered under
CIN No. U80301MH2010PLC198405. The Company obtained Certificate of
Commencement of Business on 20th January 2010.

2010

-Zee Learn to spend 700 cr, set up 300 schools across India

-Zee Bets Big on Eduaction Business, to set up 300 school

-Zee Learn Ties up with Japan's Gakken for innovative education

-Zee Learn Ltd. signs a MoU with Government of Gujarat

2011

-The Scheme of Amalgamation for merger of Essel Entertainment Media Ltd, the Transferor Company with Zee Learn Ltd.

-Mr. Arun Kabra, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

-Zee Learn Wins Bloomberg UTV's prestigious CXO Award 2011

2012

-ZEE launches ZeeQ the First Edutainment Channel of India.

-Zee Learn Wins INDIA's Best Companies to Work for 2012 Award.

2013
-Zee Learn Ltd has informed that Mr. Umesh Pradhan, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 02, 2013.
-Zee Learn Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mrs. Sangeeta Pandit as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from December 01, 2013.

2014
-Zee Learn Ltd has informed that Mr. K V S Seshasai has taken over as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 06, 2014 in place of Mr. Navneet Anhal who has resigned from the services of the Company.
