Intensive Air Systems Limited was incorporated on 25.1.1995 as a Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 08.02.1995. The company has taken over an existing profit making business of Mr. P.L Rao (promoter of the Company)
which was carried on under the name and style of "Environment Control Systems" as a going concern. The company has entered into agreement with Mr. P.L. Rao, Proprietor (present Managing Director of the Company) on 1st March, 1995 in this regard.

2012

-Company has changed its name from Intensive Air Systems Ltd. to Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Ltd.

2013
-Yuvraaj Hygiene Products registered office has been shifted to Plot No. A-650, 1st Floor, TTC Industrial Estate, MIDC, Pawane Village, Mahape, Navi Mumbai - 400 705.
