Yashraj Containeurs Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 27th July, 1993 as a
Private Limited Company under the name of Vasparr
Containeurs Private Limited. The Company was converted
into a Public Limited Company by a special resolution on
30/09/1994. The name of the Company was changed to VASPARR
CONTAINEURS LIMITED with effect from 30.09.1994 and
certificate of change of name was obtained from the
Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay on October
25, 1994 on conversion.

PRESENT BUSINESS

The Company has not yet commenced commercial production
since it is in the process of setting up the most modern
manufacturing plant of its kind in India for the production
of 210 Litre Metal Barrels. The Company has already
started manufacturing on a job work basis in a small way in
order to test the market. Since iron and steel will be the
major raw materials, the Company has commenced trading
activities mainly to build harmonious relations with the
suppliers of raw material.

2004

- Yashraj Containeurs Ltd. receives new orders from BPCL.

- Yashraj Containeurs Ltd. receives new orders from HPCL.

2005

- The Company has received order worth Rs 1,34,33,313.20 from Reliance Industries Ltd for the supply of 12000 nos. M S Barrels of 210 litres each and the same is on the verge of being executed.

2012
-The registered office of the company shifted from from the 401, Court Chambers S. V. Road, Borivli (West) Mumbai to Jwala Estate, Plot No. 757 and 758, Old CTS No. 815 and 815/1 to 75, Survey No. 115-A(Pt), Village Borivli, Taluka Borivli, Near Kora Kendra, Off S. V. Road, Borivli West, Mumbai.
-The company appointed Mr. Vyankatesh H. Mulwad, as a Director of the Company.
-The company appointed Mr. Ganesan Venkatraman, as an Additional Director of the Company.
