Costplus Credit Capital Ltd. is an existing profit making company having its registered office at E-4, IInd Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110 024. The company was incorporated on 1st February, 1988 as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of Neset Leasing Pvt Ltd. The name of the company was then changed to Costplus Credit Capital Pvt. Ltd. on 16th February 1994 and fresh certificate of incorporation was
issued consequent upon change of name. The company become Public Limited Company w.e.f. 1st March, 1994 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued consequent/conversion to Public Limited.

Since incorporation, the company is engaged in the business of leasing & hire purchase on a very moderate scale. On 6th May, 1994 the company got registration with SEBI as Category III Merchant Banker. The company has filed an application dated 28.12.94 for Category I registration to SEBI.

The company is presently engaged in the following activities:

MERCHANT BANKING

Presently, the company is engaged in the business of leasing & hire purchase, securities trading and investments, merchant banking including the underwriting and issue advisory services and providing equity research based consultancy to its various clients. Since receiving the registration as Category III Merchant Banker in May 94, the company has done underwriting to the extent of Rs.66 lacs in five public issues. The company is also handling the public issue of Indo Gulf Industries Ltd. in the capacity of advisors to the issue and two more assignments
are in hand. The company is receiving encouraging underwriting proposals and it has submitted proposals to the extent of Rs.175 lacs in various public issues which are in the process of finalisation.

EQUITY RESEARCH

The company has got a well equipped department for Equity Research. The department is managed by professionals who advise on Primary & Secondary market trends. The department maintains computerised database of more than 2,500 companies, their annual reports & industry profiles and keeps track of Government policies, Political and Economic developments and company news affecting Capital Markets. It has inhouse developed software and also IDSS package for this purpose. The department focuses on various macro, micro fundamentals and technical factors so as to
determine specific investment opportunities and provide timely information to the individual and corporate clients. The team pays regular visits to the companies to watch their progress and meet the management personally as an ongoing process.

INVESTMENTS IN PRIMARY & SECONDARY MARKETS

The company is active in primary as well as secondary market investments which are presently being funded out of equity capital and internal accruals. Investments are being made for short and medium term and are based on indepth research of companies.

The company is also advising its clients on investing in the primary and secondary markets through the equity research and analysis department which was set up in May 94.

PROJECT ADVISORY & INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH SERVICES

The services of this division includes master minding entry decisions in new business areas, Project Identification Services, Pre-Investment Studies, preparation of Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports, carrying out market surveys and research and technology transfer, suggesting feasible backward/forward integration plans for existing projects, business consolidation programmes etc.

PROJECT FINANCE & LOAN SYNDICATION

This is one of the major fee based activities of the company. The company has been arranging both short term and long term funds for Corporate Sector. The company also provides syndication services for Inter-corporate Loans, Bill Discounting, Placement of Commercial Papers etc.

CORPORATE ADVISORY SERVICES

The company is providing professional services in the areas of Acquisition, Mergers, Capital Restructuring, Assets Planning, Bought-Outs Syndication, Rehabilitation of Sick Units etc.

The corporate advisory division of the company was activated in November 94 and is currently syndicating bought out deals and placement of securities for four companies.

LEASING & HIRE PURCHASE

The company is active in leasing and hire purchase. As a matter of policy the company concentrate on selective leases and hire purchase deals with high networth individual reputed companies and institutions. The lease proposals are structured and earn regular revenue and adequate tax advantage.

-Company has changed its name from Cost Plus Credit Capital Ltd. to Woodsvilla Ltd.

2019

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 5/-.
