VOLANT TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 8th July 1994. It is setting up a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) for the manufacture of cotton grey fabrics meant for exports having a capacity of 6.4 million square meters per annum. The plant is to be situated at MIDC, Village Chincholi, Solapur in the State of Maharashtra.
