Venlon Polyster Film Limited was incorporated on 24th October 1983 as a private limited company. It was converted into a public limited company on 3rd July 1987.It was promoted by Mr C.D. Datwani.

The Co. was promoted by Detwani, a non-resident Indian in the past and Mr. H.G.Rohere a businessman. The main objects of the co. is to manufacture 900 TPA of BOPP.
