VBC Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company is 25 years old business house. It was originally started as Vizag Bottling Company in l967 as a partnership firm to carry on the business of bottling and distribution of popular brands of aerated water under franchise agreement with M/s. Parle (Exports) Ltd, Bombay. Later the firm was converted into pvt. ltd. company on the 3rd September l971 and further into a public ltd. company on 7th April 1986. To reflect the diversified activities of the company its name was changed as "VBC Industries Ltd." on 18th May, 1987.

The company has entered into collaboration with Norsk Hydro,Norway, UHDE Gmbh Germany.

The present activities of the company are bottling and distribution of aerated water and soft drinks providing cold storage and processing facilities for marine product and manufacture of ice.
