2000 - V&K Softech Ltd., an information technology company, has entered the capital
market with a public issue of 37,50,000 No. of equity shares of face value of
Rs 10 each for cash aggregating to Rs 3.75 crore.

2002- V & K Softech Ltd has informed that at its Board meeting held on February 25, 2002 the following decisions were taken:

1 The resignation of Mr V Naveen and Mr T Venu Gopal Rao, the Directors, resigning from the board of the company due to their personal reasons were considered and their resignations were accepted. 2 Mr Murali Mohan Jasti, General Manager of the company, and Mr V Sridhar Babu an engineer and a noted businessman, were appointed as Additional Directors of the company.

-The Board of Directors of V&K Softech Ltd appointed Joint Managing Director: Mr Murali Mohan Jasti,as Joint Managing Director for a period of 5 years.Resignations of two Directors accepted: a) Mr Y Krishnan Prasad and b) Mr K Jagadiswara Reddy were considered and accepted.

2003

-Mr D Uday Kiran, Executive Director, is appointed as Managing Director.

2006

-The Registered office of the Company has been shifted from Ameerpet, Hyderabad to Somajiguda, Hyderabad

2010

-The Company appointed Mr. Prem Gupta, Director as Managing Director of the Company.

2011

-Company has changed its name from V&K Softech Ltd. to USG Tech Solutions Ltd.

2012

-The Company has acquired 100% stake in Retail Information Systems Pty Ltd. (RIS)

2013

-Ms. Mala Sharma has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

2014

-Mr. Prem Sharma has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
