Twinstar Software Exports Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Twinstar" or "the Company") was incorporated on 20th June 1994, with the main objects of establishing and carrying on in India and/or abroad the business of Software Development. The Company has obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 9th August, 1994. At present the company is having its registered office at 1111 Maker Chamber V, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021. The Company intends to shift its Registered office to its own building to be constructed at New Mumbai, since the present premises is taken on contract basis for 2 years w.e.f. from 27.02.1995.

-Company has changed its name from Twinstar Software Exports Ltd. to Twinstar Industries Ltd.
