The Company has informed that at the Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2003 the members have approved the delisting its equity shares from Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and National Stock Exchanges.

2005

2006

2007

-General Electric Company (GE) has inked an agreement with Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd for manufacturing compressors for the oil and gas industry in India. According to the agreement, Triveni will import bare compressors from GE's facility in Wisconsin in the US, and will design and assemble high-speed reciprocating compressors which are used in gas lift, gas transmission and storage.

2009

2021

-Triveni signs a business agreement with GEAE Technology USA in its Defence business.

-Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd. planning to expand its ethanol production capacity from current 320 KLPD to 660 KLPD.

-Company Sugar production for the country, estimated around 30.9 million tonnes in the Sugar Season (SS) 2020-21, with a likely diversion of ~2.2 million tonnes for ethanol production.

- Company's Khatauli Sugar Mill achieved the highest sugar production in the country as a single unit and second highest sugarcane crush in the country.

2022
-The Company commenced a new multi-feed distillery, with a production capacity of 160 KLPD (Kilo liter Per day) at Milak Narayanpur, Uttar Pradesh, later expanded to 200 KLPD. Expanded existing distilleries at Sabitgarh & Muzaffarnagar (in Uttar Pradesh) to operate at 200 KLPD each. The Company also commissioned a new 60 KLPD grain-based distillery at the existing distillery complex at Muzaffarnagar. With this, the total distillation capacity of the Company has been increased to 660 KLPD.
