Transglobe Foods Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

TRANSGLOBE FOODS LIMITED was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 11.11.86 and converted into a Public Limited Company by a special resolution on 25.01.93. Certificate of Change of Name has been issued by Registrar of Conpanies (Gujarat) at Ahmedabad on 29.03.1993. The company after incorporation started delveloping infrastructure requirement of the project and also approached the financial institutions i.e. Gujarat State Financial Corporation and Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation. Term loans were sanctioned by GSFC on 10.05.89 and GIIC on 04.08.89. Commercial production was stated within six months of sanction of the loan i.e. march, 1990.

The company is now engeged in production of processed fruits and vegetable products at company's plant located at Shapur-Veraval, Dist. Rajkot. At present the company is manufacturing mango pulps, various types of fruit jams, candies, tomato ketchups, fruit juices, tromato paste / puries etc. it is being marketed under the brand name "Farm Fresh" and has distribution network in the state of Gujarat.

2013

-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from C-21, Usha kiran Apartment, Sardar Nagar Main Road, Rajkot - 360001 to 214, Amidhara Complex, 37, Karan Para, Canal Road, Rajkot - 360001.

2014

-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from the State of Gujarat to B -11, Borivali Mayur Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd, Sodawala Cross Lane, Borivali (W), Mumbai - 400092, Maharashtra.
