YEAR EVENTS
1994 - The Company was incorporated as a private limited company on 25th
day of February, under the name of Dataline Shares Registry Pvt.
Ltd. and subsequently converted into a public limited company and
fresh certificate of incorporation was issued from the Registrar
of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai on 10th October.

- The Company was promoted by Mr. Ashok Agarwal, Ms. Sarita Seth
and Mr. Anil Bhattar.

- The name of the Company was changed to Transcon Research And
Infotech Ltd. vide special resolution passed in the
Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 14th October, and obtained
fresh certificate of incorporation on 1st November, consequent on
change of name.

- The Company also proposes to have representative offices in
Dubai, Singapore and USA for liasoning activities related to
instrumentation Division.

- The Company has become one of the major player in the industry by
setting up a modern, sophisticated work station based 3D
Digitizing & Imaging Centre.

1995 - The Company proposes to purchase both imported and indigenous
equipments.

- The Company proposes to launch its Service centre with adequate
advertising in order to create awareness in India and
neighbouring countries about it's services.

- The Company proposes to develop and export the software as well
as to provide digitizing, imaging and multi-media services to the
overseas clients through its associates offices and directly.

1996 - During the year under review, the company entered the Capital
Market with a Public Issue of Rs.200 Lacs Equity Shares of
Rs.10/- each for cash at par.

- During the year under review, the total income of the company is
Rs.24,29,830/-, registering an increase of 21% over the previous
year.

- The Corporate Services Division of the Company is presently
engaged in Investment, Banking and Non-Fund based services.

1997 - Corporate service division is presently engaged in Bill
discounting, Inter Corporate deposit and Investment Banking.

- The company is at present engaged in digitizing and CAD
operations. It is one of its kind in the country providing such
facility.

1998 - Due to new arrivals in the field of technology in market, Company
faced difficulty to market its Services and sluggishness in the
Financial and Stock Market, income from Corporate Service
division also could not be achieved as assumed.

1999 - The company has achieved the most valuable and prestigious global
quality accredition ISO 9002 in July as the first milestone
towards the constant quality concern's and commitment.

- The company is well equipped with advanced setup and
infrastructure of International standard and quality and by now
also has achieved a steady progressive path.

2009
