Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on the 9th December 1985 with the Registrar of Companies, M.P. at Gwalior and obtained the Certificate for commencement of Business on the 9th December 1986. The company currently manufactures maize starch powder with an installed capacity of 12500 tonnes per annum. The production facilities are located at Village Sejwaya, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. The existing unit has been granted Term Loans by MPAVN (Rupee and Foreign Currency) MPFC and State Bank of India, besides Equity participation by MPAVN.

The company commenced commercial production in December 1989.

The company was mainly promoted by Dr. Damador Modi, and other six promoter Directors before setting up TSCL.

The new Dextrose Plant has been commissioned & expected to come into commercial production in the last week of August, 1995.
