The company was originally incorporated on 31/03/1982 with the main object to carry on the business of shares and securities, financiers, underwriters, brokers and investors and other activities which are dealt in stock exchange regulations. Company is also listed with Jaipur stock Exchange since 1985. The company was formerly known as ÂSURYA GLOBEFIN LIMITEDÂ (refer to History) and changed its name and style as ÂTIRUPATI FINCORP LIMITEDÂ with effect from 10/01/2013. In view of looking at present challenges in finance industry the company decided to bring a Platform for manufacturer, traders, professionals, producers etc across India to give financial assistance as a loan provider within a short span of time at reasonable interest rate among the NBFC companies.

The Company is proposed to open their branch offices all over India, in all the 35 states to boost its financing business and commitments.
