Retail Division of BOL was transferred to TSIL. BOL was incorporated on June 01, 1992 as a Private Limited Company subsequent to which it was converted into a Public
Limited Company in 2005 and got listed on the BSE and NSE in the year 2008.
The Thomas Scott (India) Ltd. prior Demerger, BOL was in the business of Manufacturing and Retail of Men's Garments. In accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement between BOL and TSIL and their respective shareholders as sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court vide its Order dated July 22, 2011;

2012

-Ms. Sonam Jain has been appointed as the Asst. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

2014

-The Company has been entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Oswal F.M. Hammerle Textile Ltd. (OFMH).
