Our History and Background-

Our Company was incorporated on July 16, 1983, as "Soft Touch Silk and Textiles Limited" under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal and received the certificate of Commemcement of Business on August 19, 1983.In the year 1991, the name of the company "Soft Touch Silk And Textiles Limited" changed to "Thirani Projects Limited".The said was approved by ROC West Bengal vide Certifficate dated Januaray 23, 1992.

The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is L45209WB1983PLCO6538.

Company is a Non-Banking Finance Company(NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India.Its Registration Number is 05.01500.

Now the Equity Shares of the Company i.e Thirani Projects Limited shall be admitted to trading on BSE.Such admission for trading will be subject to fulfillment by the company of listing criteria of BSE of such issues and also subject to such other terms and conditions as may be prescribed by BSE at the time of the application by the Company seeking listing.

1983

Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "SOFTTOUCH SILK AND TEXTILES LIMITED"

1984

The Company came out with Initail public offer of 150,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each issued at par.

1991

Our Company bought Right Issue 980,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 for cash at par.

1998

Our Company received certificate of Registration of NBFC from Reserve Bank of India on April 20, 1998.

2005

Merger of M/s Deepsikha Trading Private Limited with Thirani Projects Limited vide sanction bt the Hon'ble High Court of 

Calcutta.

2011

Merger of M/s Networth Vyapaar Private Limited with Thirani Projects Limited vide sanction by the Hon'ble High Court of 

Calcutta.
