The Company was incorporated on 28th January, 1983 as a Private Limited Company and was converted into a Public Limited Company on 1st July, 1985.

The Company belonging to Nirmal Group of Companies was promoted by P.M. Shah and his associates. It's Unit situated at MIDC Area, Marol, Andheri(East),
Bombay, has Latest equipment installed.

The Main object of the Company is to manufacture Switchgear Panels including motor control centres, HT panels, Control desks, current & potential transformers besides galvanised.

Subject to necessary approvals being obtained, the Company proposed to change its name from Nirmal Metal Fabricators Ltd., to Nirmal Engineering Projects Ltd., or Nirmal Industries Ltd., or Nirmal International Ltd.
