Spectra Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated on 23rd July, 1992 as a public Ltd Company in the state of Maharashtra and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 14th August, 1992. from the registrar of Companies Maharashtra Bombay. The Company has set up a unit for the manufacture of wide range of automobile sheet metal parts at Murbad, dist. Thane.

2004

-Spectra Industries has now started dealing in steel, plant and machinery etc. alongwith its main business of manufacturing of automobile parts.

2010

-The Company has entered into Letter of Intent (LOI) with Mahindra Navistar Ltd. for the dealership of marketing of their light and heavy commercial vehicles manufactured by them for their entire districts of Thane, Raigad and Mumbai.
