2002-Softsol India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company at the 12th AGM of the Company held on August 29, 2002 have declared the final dividend of 10% for the year 2001-02.The Company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has forfeited 801,922 partly paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
