Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd is one of the leading paper manufacturing company established in year 1995 in India, with activities of News printing and writing printing paper manufacturing unit having Annual Turnover of Rs.100 crores . The plant is spread over 52 Acres of land with all modern facilities . The company has spend more than 10 corers of rupees in effluent treatment and water recycling process . We have skilled and unskilled 250 work force assets of our company who all the time contributing their talents and hard work in growth of organization.
Rajeshwaranand paper mills Ltd is located at Govali village near Bharuch in Gujarat (India) . The total manufacturing capacity of Paper plant is 125 M.T/day.
Now a days, the group has first class technical research center, and all the production lines are supplied by industrial leading manufacturer like Voith , Arjun Technology , Saloni Engg , IBS Austria ceramics.

-Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd has informed that Mr Kirit N Modi, Mr Sunderji M Gosar and Mr D A Dave have resigned as directors of the company.

2008

-Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd has appointed Mr. Kashyap R Mehta, Partner, Mehta Hurkat & Associates, Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as Serutineer for the purpose of conduction of Postal Ballot in fair and transparent manner for obtaining approval of Members for the following three Special Resolutions to be passed through Postal Ballot:

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to Village, Govali, Bharuch Jhagadia Road, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat - 392 022.
