Shigan Quantum Technologies Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as “Shigan Quantum Technologies Private Limited” on October 20, 2008, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Deputy Registrar of Companies, National Capital  Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholder’s resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 29, 2021and the name of the Company was changed to “Shigan Quantum Technologies Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited dated October 12, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi, being Corporate Identification Number U72200DL2008PLC184341.

- Company got shareholders’ approval to raise funds through Initial Public Offer (IPO) and to get Listed.
