Shakti Press Limited was incorporated on 10th May, 1993 as a Private Limited Company & subsequently converted into Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution Dtd. 23rd March 1994 and obtained a certificate of change of name on 7th April, 1994 from ROC, Bombay. It proposes to set up a unit with Offset printing facilities for the manufacture of labels, wrappers, cartons with or without corrugation, etc. to be used in packaging of various consumer durable needing effective packaging at U-116, MIDC Area Hingna Rd. Nagpur, Dist. Nagpur. The installed capacity of the unit is 321 million impressions of printing per annum based on 2 shifts and 300 working days. The Company has also set-up Varnish Coating, Foil Stamping and Embossing facilities along with the printing facility to meet various requirements of customers.

2003

-The company has recommended a Dividend of Re 1 per Share.

2008

-The Company as a part of its Retail Foray has set up a Retail Outlet in Nagpur City.

-Shakti Press has signed a marketing alliance with Telurian Book Production Company and bagged USD 500,000 Order

-Shakti Press secures Rs 48 Million Packaging Printing Order

-Shakti Press procures exports orders worth USD 2.5 M
