SFL International Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 30th November, 1992 in the State of Gujarat at Ahmedaad and obtained certificate of Commencement of business on 16th December, 1992 with the object of exploiting the fast growing financial service sector which has a tremendous potential in view of recent liberalisation, policies of the Government. After obtaining the certificate of commencement of business and complying with all required formalities and adequate and indepth study of financial services markets, prevailing business conditions and strategies of competitors the Company commenced its commercial operations from 14/05/1993. The Company is engaged in all kinds of financial activities and services including providing lease finance, Investment activities and intend to develop it as a professionally managed company by expanding its branches & marketing network all over the country.

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The Company has been promoted by the experienced promoters having proven track record. It has on its Board, directors having specialised knowledge and vast experience in the field of financial services including Lease, Hire Purchase and Investment activities. The Company has started its operations since last two years in the dimension of lease hire purchase and portfolio investment activities. The Company has planed to expand its activities in the area of leasing and hire purchase business and to part finance the same, the Company proposed to raise the fund by issue of shares to public.

2012

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to 1, Shital Chhaya Appartment, University Area, Navranpura, Ahmedabad-380009, Gujarat.

2013
-The registered office of the Company has been shifted to 911, Shahjanand Shopping Center, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad 380004, Gujarat .
-Mr. Atul Vasant Pawar has been appointed as an Additional Director of the company.

2014
-Company has changed its name from Suryanagri Finlease Ltd to SFL International Ltd.
