The Company was originally incorporated at New Delhi as Satkar Finlease Private Limited on 10th January, 1996 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana. The Company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to Satkar Finlease Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21st May, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.

The Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 with Registration No. U65910DL1996PLC075394

The Company has been promoted originally by Mr. Avtar Singh and Mr. Hardeep Singh. Later on in the year 2013, the control of the company has been acquired by Mr. Rahul Tiwari, Mr. Manish Kumar Gupta and OP Property Developers Private Limited.
