Saroja Pharma Industries India Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited, under the Companies Act, 2013 (“Companies Act”) in the name and style of “Saroja Pharma Industries India Private Limited” on January 14th, 2019 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Later on, company was converted into public limited company and due to the conversion, the name of our Company name was changed to “Saroja Pharma Industries India Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18th, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

-Conversion of our company’s status from Private Limited to Limited Company to Saroja Pharma Industries India Limited.
