The Company which is a 100% EOU has been jointly promoted by Mr. R K Jajoo and Mr. K L Puri and their relatives/friends/associate firms along with the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (TIDCO) in the Joint Sector.

The main business of the company is manufacturing, processing, trading, dealing, exporting, importing of all types of mushrooms, food products and their by-products.

The Company has financial, technical and marketing collaboration from Dalsem Veciap b.v. Agro
Industries, Holland.

-The Company has appointed Mr. Dilsher Singh as Managing Director (MD) of the Company.
