Sankhya Infotech Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Sankhya InfoTech Limited was incorporated on 21.JUL.07 with the registrar of
companies Orissa under the Companies Act, 1956 and the registered office was later
shifted to Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh on 18.FEB.2005. The company was incorporated
with a clear focus on targeting the highest end of the Information Technology value
chain, namely the Software Products business, by two leading entrepreneurial brothers
Mr.Srinivas and Mr.Sridhar under the chairmanship of their illustrious father
Sri.N.Ramakrishna Rao. Sankhya is professionally managed and guided. Padmasri.NR
Mohanty (former Chairman of HAL) who is the current Chairman of the company.

2008

-Sankhya Infotech Ltd has appointed Mr. N Rangachari, as an additional director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. May 27, 2008.

2009

- Sankhya Infotech Ltd has informed that Mr. C Anand, Chartered Accountant has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Dr. Sridhar Seshadri, Director with effect from June 27, 2009 on the Board and Mr. C Anand shall also acts as a member of Audit Committee.

2010

- The Company's office (Registered Office, Corporate Office & Software Development Centre) are shifted to the following address with effect from December 01, 2010. Sankhya Infotech Ltd,

2012

-Sankhya Infotech develops Missile Simulator for Indian Army.
-The Union Finance Minister, Shri Pranab Mukherjee launched the ÂGyanodayaÂ e-Learning Portal of SBI , developed by Sankhya Infotech.

2013

-Central Board of Secondary Education has Empanelled Sankhya for Comprehensive Online (and offline) Learning Management System For Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).

2014

-The Registered office of the company has been shifted from # 405 NSIC Business Park, ECIL Post, Hyderabad - 500 062 to 1-13-30/76 B76, Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad - 500 062.
