YEAR EVENTS
2001 - The Company has launched 30 new designs for its Bumchums range of T-shirts,
bermudas and baba suits.

2004- Rupa & Co Ltd is setting up a mega steel project at Durgapur in West Bengal. The company has teamed up with Kolkata-based cast iron products maker NIF Ispat Ltd for this purpose and has also floated a 50:50 joint venture company called Neo Metaliks Ltd.

2006

-EURO - The 6th Annual Fashion Awards -Most admired Innerwear Brand of the year 2006.

2010

-Rupa & Co. Ltd., IndiaÂs No. 1 Knitwear Company was recently conferred with the Master Brand Award by CMO Asia in Association with CMO Council, USA.

-The World Brand Congress 2010 which was attended by 500 attendees from 75 nationalities also awarded Rupa & Co Ltd with a prestigious "Brand Leadership Award" in Fashion & Life style (Knitted Garments).

-Rupa & Co. Ltd. was conferred with the "Award for Brand Leadership" in Fashion and Lifestyle [Knitted Garments] by The World Brand Congress 2010 which recognizes brands with global awards for brand excellence.

2011

-Rupa & Co. Ltd. congratulates its Chairman Mr. Prahlad R Agarwal for being honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the 7th Reid and Taylor Awards for Retail excellence on 9th February, 2011

-Rupa & Go Ltd is the largest manufactures of hosiery products with Rs5 30.64 crore turnover and a sale of 15.52 crore pieces of their products for 2009-10.

2012

-Shri Raj Narain Bhardwaj has Appointed as a director of the Company.

- The Company has recommended Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share on Equity Shares (200% on Face value of Rs. 1 each)

- Rupa & Company Ltd has approved the setting up 100% subsidiary of Company in Bangladesh.

2015
-Rupa & Company Ltd name of the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company Euro Fashion lnners International Pvt. Ltd. has been changed to Posh fashions Pvt. Ltd
-Rupa has been awarded in the trade fair

2016
- Rupa Softline introduces Miss Chandni, a new style of comfort bra specially designed for women who look for all day comfort and style.
-IndiaÂs leading knitwear brand, has rolled out a new TVC titled ÂAround the World in One EuroÂ.

2017

2021
