ROYAL CUSHION VINYL PRODUCTS LTD. was incorporated on 21st November, 1983, as Private Limited Company and became a Deemed Public Limited with effect from 16th September, 1987. as per the provisions of Sections 43A of the Companies Act, 1956. The Company was converted into Public Limited Company on 18th January, 1993.

The Company is in the business of manufacturing and marketing Cushion Vinyl Flooring material. It commenced operations in 1985 with an installed capacity of 22 lakh square metres p.a. The Company later installed additional machinery of Rs. 2.30 crores which has doubled the production capacity to 44 lakh square meters p.a.

The Company will be operating through two different units belonging to the Company.

The Company had not been involved in any labour unrest / litigations / defaults or closure of units

2005

- RCVPL has launched Budgetline in Kerala - the new range of attractive design-colour combination flooring options for the masses at low cost.

2013

-Royal Cushion - Demerger of Unit I & II of the Company and merging them with Vijayjvot Seats Private Limited (Group Company).
