Richfield Financial Services Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 16th April, 1992 in the State of West Bengal as a Private Limited Company under the name & style of Richfield Portfolio Management Private
Limited with the objects of carrying on the business of providing financial services, viz., Merchant Banking, Stock-Broking, Portfolio Management, Project Consultancy, Loan Syndication, Capital Structuring and also for carrying out fund- based activities, viz., Leasing, Investments,Bill Discounting, Bought Out Deals (BODs) etc. The Company started its operations from end March, 1993 and in the very first year it made profits and declared dividends. The name of the Company was changed to Richfield Financial Services Pvt. Ltd from 5th February, 1993. The Company was converted to the public limited company and fresh Certificate of incorporation consequent to change in name was obtained on 16th December 1994.
