Response Informatics Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Company under the name of M/s. Response Informatics Private Ltd. on 05.12.1996 under the Companies Act, 195 but subsequently the company was converted from private Ltd. to Public Company and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on 24.02.2000.

The Company is engaged in the business of computer and computer engineering including import and export of hardware and software technologies, set up and run training centres and institutes, providing various networking services either in India or outside India, entertainment and communication product, producing documentaries and advertisement films.

In the 2013, the company has diversified its business into agricultural and related activities and subsequently amended the main objects of the Company.

-Registered Office of the Company will be shifted to the following Address with effect from January 15, 2015. Response informatics Ltd, 3-10-20/7A, Gokhale Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad - 500013, Ph.No. 040 - 27037935.
